THE RUBBER ROLLER WON’T MOVE UP AND DOWN
  • Reset the emergency stop function
  • Check the air connections

 

THE RUBBER ROLLER FALLS DOWN/GOES UNEVENLY
  • Check air pressure
  • Check green indicator lamp on the glide beam
  • Look for leaking air connections
  • Adjust the roller speed
      
THE MACHINE PULLS UNEVENLY DURING APPLICATION
  • Check bearing play in the glide beam
  • Perform a cross measurement of the roller
     
MACHINE CREATING CREASES/BUBBLES
  • Perform a cross measurement of the roller
  • Perform a pressure test and see if the roller presses evenly.
  • Check quality of the vinyl/material. Has the liner been exposed to moisture?
  • Try different method how to apply the vinyl
  • If applying on boards, check thickness tolerances from the manufacturer of the boards 

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
  • Reset the system.
  • Check main power.
  • Unplug the socket to the main power, wait a few seconds. Plug the cable and reset again.

Resetting the height adjustable system:
  • Disconnect power supply to the table, wait 60 seconds.
  • Connect power supply, wait 25-30 seconds (the system feels that everything is connected.)
  • Press the down key at one side and run the table into the lowest position. Hold the button during the hole process, legs will give a small motion up/down before reset is done.
  • Repeat the reset (press down the down key) once again , to be sure that all the legs are in the lowest position.
  • Now the system should be ok.

MAINTENANCE


EVERY DAY
  • Make sure that the roller is not damaged and has nothing stuck to it.
  • Check the emergency stop function and controls.
  • Check visible cables for damages.

 

ONCE A WEEK
  • Wipe any dust off the Glide beam’s sliding rails.
  • Check filter regulator, empty for water if necessary.
  • If your ROLLSROLLER has a compressor, see manual for maintenance instructions.

 

ONCE A MONTH
  • Lubricate the sliding rails surfaces.

 

IF NECESSARY
  • Check the bearing play in the Glide beam 
  • Dust the cutting mat with talcum powder

 

(The cutting mat is dusted with talcum powder at the factory, but should be dusted again when needed. The talcum powder prevents vinyl, adhesive and other materials from sticking to the cutting mat. It also reduces the risk of getting wrinkles/bubbles during application/lamination as the material can ”float” on the cu
